Netgen has been a Shimla team since 2014. Everyone on it is permanent staff working from our office in the STPI complex at Kasumpti. We don’t assemble a rotating cast of contractors for each project, and we don’t pass the work on to someone else.
That matters most for the AI work we now lead with. The people who build a document AI pipeline or a private model deployment are the same people who host it, patch it and answer the phone about it years later. Clients depend on that continuity when a system holds citizen, financial or legal records.
Being in Shimla also means we can sit in a room with the department or business that owns a process. Most of our government work is for Himachal Pradesh state departments, in the same city as our office.
