How do you handle citizen data security?
Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls tied to role, and monitoring built around what the system actually holds. That’s the same standard we apply to the platform behind our COVID-19 case study.
Can you take over an existing departmental system?
Yes. We review what’s live now, including any audit or compliance gaps, and scope the rest against that rather than a rebuild by default.
Do you provide support after a government project goes live?
Yes: an annual maintenance contract with defined uptime targets and 24/7 monitoring, the same model behind our HPSEDC-empaneled work.
